To start a videoconference with PeekTime you just have to click on CONNECT NOW !
Before getting into your virtual meeting room you have to set up your microphone and your camera. As soon as everything is ready you just have to click on START.
To plan a meeting you have to click on Plan a Meeting, the window below will appear : you just need to enter the email address of the participants.
Then choose the topic of your meeting, the day and the time.
When everything is complete you just have to click on SEND invitations.
When you go back in your calendar you will see all your scheduled meetings.
When you are in your VMR, you have to click on Invite at the top left of the screen to invite a participant. A window appears and you just have to enter the email address of the person you want to invite and then click on SEND.
As soon as the invitations has been sent , you have to wait for the participants to join the VMR.
To add new contacts, you have to click on My contacts, the window below will appear :
You have 3 options then :
First one : import your contacts with the button at the top left of the screen:
Second one :create manually your contact by filling the form and click on Save contact, it will appear in all contacts :
Third one : Directly enter the address of the invitation for a meeting, it will appear then in all contacts: or in the Direct Invitations category.
